    Hi Luis. I appreciate all feedback, as it helps me to continually improve my services. However, I must address the inaccuracies in your recent review. I pride myself on clear and consistent communication throughout the entire application and transaction process. You confirmed this in your account of the interaction. According to my email and phone records, after the property owner made the decision to decline your application, I personally communicated the owner's reasoning to your co-applicant within two hours and thirty-two minutes of their inquiry on Saturday, May 10 2025, which is outside of business hours. I understand that a declined application can be disappointing. The $120 fee you mentioned is an application processing fee, which is standard in real estate transactions to cover the costs of credit checks, verification of employment and rental history, background and eviction searches. This fee is processed at the time of application and is not contingent on approval by the property owner. My commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction is reflected in my consistent five-star reviews. I strive to provide excellent service to all my clients, and I regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. I did politely request that you reconsider the accuracy of your review based on these facts but have not received a response. I stand by my record of transparent and timely communication. I wish you the best in your rental search.
